What is LyLi?
A mobile community and specialist appointment app that connects people living with lymphedema and lipedema with each other and with verified health specialists.
Does LyLi diagnose?
No. LyLi is a tool for information and for reaching specialists. The self-assessment and Food Analysis give informative results; for diagnosis and treatment you need to consult a health professional.
Which specialists are there?
Physicians, physiotherapists, dietitians and psychologists. Specialists join after their diploma and documents are checked and an administrator approves them, and their profile shows a verified badge.
How do I book an appointment?
Search for a specialist by field, city or name and choose one of the specialist’s real available times. The appointment can be online or in clinic. Specialists set their own session fee.
Does an online consultation replace treatment?
No. Online consultations are for information and advice; they do not replace treatment.
What is Food Analysis?
When you take a photo of your plate or of the ingredients label on a packaged food, AI rates it from a lipedema and lymphedema point of view as suitable, eat in moderation or not recommended, and shows ingredients to watch and a better option. It is for information.
Who can see my health data?
Only you and the specialist you authorise can see your health records. What you post in the community is seen by other members; you decide what to share.
Can I sell things in the community?
No. Sharing experience is welcome; posts that sell or advertise are moderated. Businesses appear with a business account and moderator-approved ads.
What if an account bothers me?
You can block the account and report the post. Moderators review reports.
Which languages is the app in?
Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic.
Where can I download the app?
On Android, download it from Google Play. The iPhone version is awaiting App Store approval; until then you can use LyLi in your browser at app.lyli.site, on an iPhone or a computer.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, or with the request form on the account deletion page. Details are on that page.
